We've updated the zez.org site's software; this wont affect you in any particular way. However, we've decided to remove the forums for now; they weren't in much use; so until popular demand requires it, we've killed them.

That's your verdict in a recent poll. Well, since zez.org is a project fueled by blood, sweat and tears, and not money, that's a bit hard to swallow.

We've wound down for the holiday season, therefore all which remains is to wish you the best for the holidays.

We are always looking for good and talented people who want to write articles.

You don't have to write long and very complicated articles. If it is valuable to the community your article could be just a few paragraphs.

We human beings want to understand how things work. That's why we don't live in caves anymore, and why we do things like traveling to the moon and building computers. We have collected enormous amounts of information, and the giants whose shoulders we are standing on have never been taller.

Today we have finished article comments, just as you are used to finding at many other sites.

As some of you probably have noticed, last week's poll have been a close race between Linux and Windows NT among our users. Never since the 2000 presidential election in Florida has a race been this close.

Or was the race that close? Our investigative team have uncovered a dark and henious plot...without reverting to court room antics.

Last week's poll bore the title "What do you want to see more of on zez.org". Of those who answered quite a few wanted tutorials.

We're very pleased with your participation at zez.org. This site went live just a few days ago, and already a lot of people have registered as users, still more have read many of our articles.
